Enrollment

THE ENROLLMENT DEPARTMENT WILL BE IN MUSKEGON ON TUESDAY, JUNE 9TH. 
1478 E Ellis Rd Muskegon, MI 49444

The Enrollment Department consists of two staff members: an Enrollment Coordinator and an Enrollment Assistant. The Enrollment Department maintains the permanent records of all Tribal Citizens of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. The Department is responsible for the genealogy research on each application submitted for Membership in the Tribe, the Bereavement Benefit Program, and the Per Cap Program.  The Department processes and is accountable for address changes, name changes, Per Cap Direct Deposits, Per Cap Direct Deposit Cancellations, and Per Cap Check Cancellations. The Department creates mailing labels and lists for all departments, verifies enrollment status, CDIBs, as well as creating Tribal I.D. cards for Tribal Citizens.

This summer, we are excited to announce the creation of the updated tribal directory. By completing the attached form, you not only ensure that your voice and information are represented, but you also contribute to fostering unity and engagement within the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians community. 

We encourage you to take part in this opportunity to connect with your fellow members, as the tribal directory serves as a valuable resource for staying informed and engaged. 

Please remember that the deadline for submissions is June 1st, 2026. 

If we do not receive your form by the deadline, your information will be included by default, so we urge you to participate. 

The directory, once completed, will be available through the Enrollment Department. Citizens may request a digital copy sent via email. Additionally, physical copies of the directory can be requested for a small fee, and are subject to standard postal delivery times
