OGEMA'S ADVISORY GROUP
The Ogema's advisory group (OAG) is seeking a new member.

PURPOSE
The group was formed to assist the Ogema in monitoring and oversight of the Gaming enterprise(s) to oversee the goals and objectives regarding the management and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Members of the group shall be an enrolled member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and shall have one or more of the following
qualifications.

a.) At least 7 years of experience and Executive management in the fields of Finance, Operations, Hospitality management, or Gaming management, or comparative fields.

b.) A comparative amount of Executive management experience that lends demonstrable skills to the management of the Gaming Enterprise.

c.) Will be required to hold a Primary Management Official, (PMO) license.
