🚫 No Personal or Private Use – The Seal cannot be used on personal documents, private communications, or unofficial materials, including electronic documents, stationery, or merchandise.

🚫 No Commercial Use Without Approval – The Seal cannot be used for personal gain, including on items for sale, without formal approval from the Tribal Council.

Limited Personal Use Allowed – Tribal citizens may have the Seal reproduced for personal use or as a gift for another Tribal citizen, as long as it is not used in a way that violates the rules above.

Violations & Penalties

⚠️ Fines & Legal Action – Any person—tribal or non-tribal—who violates these rules may face a civil fine of up to $5,000 per violation. Violations will be handled through the Tribal Court.

⚠️ Seizure of Unauthorized Items – Any property or merchandise that unlawfully bears the Tribal Seal, along with any money made from its sale, may be seized by order of the Tribal Court.

⚠️ Enforcement – The Tribal Ogema or Tribal Prosecutor may take legal action against violators in the name of the Tribe.
